Welcome! In a healing career that has spanned over four decades, it has been my privilege to accompany hundreds of individuals on their healing journeys.  Over the years, I’ve been honored to work as a clinical hypnotherapist, hospice social worker, trauma-focused psychotherapist, psychedelic-integration coach, and retreat leader. In my work as a therapist and hypnotherapist, I weave in my love of poetry, Jungian archetypes, and myth, in addition to drawing on my decades-long interest in contemplative practices. I strive to partner with my clients with genuine compassion and respect and to become an ally in their healing.
